Your personal information may be shared with friends in the application with whom you have shared your friend code. These friends will be able to see: • Country of residence
• Age (calculated from your date of birth)
• Gender
• Last workout details
• Favorite exercises
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention
We store your data until you decide to delete it. You can delete your personal data from our system at any time through the app.

5. User Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
• You can update your personal data (except your email address) at any time through the app settings.
• You can delete your data from the app at any time.

6. Firebase Data Storage
We use Firebase to store your personal data. Firebase is a secure cloud storage service provided by Google. You can read more about Firebase’s security measures and data protection practices in their Privacy Policy.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Workout Hub iOS application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. App Purpose
The App provides features for tracking workouts, personalizing content, and competing with friends. Use of the App must align with its purpose and the Terms of Service.

2. Registration and Account Security
To use the App, you need to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. In case of password loss or suspected unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately. You are not allowed to use other people's accounts without the owner's permission.

3. Personal Data and Its Processing
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You can update your information (except your email address) at any time through the App settings. Deleting your account will result in the deletion of all associated data. The processing of your data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing with Friends
By using the friend-adding feature, you agree to provide limited access to the following data: country of residence, age (based on date of birth), gender, last workout, and your favorite exercises. You can remove a friend at any time to restrict data visibility through the friend's profile in the app.

5. Code of Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. The following actions are prohibited: impersonating another person, attempting to hack or damage the App, using the App for illegal activities, entering an offensive or unethical username (first and last name), assigning offensive or unethical names to exercises, and choosing an offensive or unethical profile picture.

6. Termination of Use and Restrictions
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting your account through the settings. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend your access to the App if you violate the Terms of Service or your actions threaten the security or functionality of the App.

7. Liability
The App is provided "as is." We do not guarantee: the absence of errors or malfunctions, or full compatibility with your device. We are not responsible for data loss caused by your error or technical failures or damage resulting from your violation of the Terms of Service.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update the Terms of Service. We will notify users of significant changes 14 days before the new Terms take effect. By continuing to use the App after the changes are made, you agree to the updated Terms.
